With just 30 children in our first year of operation we will have a very small team of staff, who you will get to know very well over the coming months.
Zoe Trigg our Head of school has a proven track record of senior leadership within Hampton, and was seconded from Hampton Vale Primary School to Hampton College as an Assistant Head to set up the Foundation Stage in 2012 when we became an all- through school.
Zoe’s previous leadership experience as a founding member of Hampton Vale Primary School provided her with the enthusiasm and flexibility to work in unique situations, and prepared her to always expect the unexpected! This coupled with eight years’ experience as a teacher moderator with Peterborough Local Authority for the Foundation Stage Profile ensured a comprehensive understanding of observation based assessment with Reception children.
Miss Prodrick will be our Reception class teacher. She is a kind, caring and compassionate teacher, who thoroughly enjoys working with young children; watching them as they grow, promoting their independence, and planning exciting and engaging opportunities for them to fully immerse themselves in.
Miss Prodrick began her teaching career at Hampton College Primary, and knows just how exciting it is to be a member of a team that supports a school as it grows year by year, and she is really looking forward to joining us at Hampton Lakes Primary School as our Reception Class teacher in September.
Our wider team is made up of Miss Helen Price, Executive Headteacher and Mrs Caroline Behan, Director of Finance. For the first year of operation we will work very closely with the team at Hampton College Primary Phase, and key members of staff who you will get to know are Mr Jones, Head of School, and Mrs Stuffins, Deputy Head of School.
Miss Slack-Humphrey is our Foundation Stage Practitioner. Lottie was thrilled to join the new team at Hampton Lakes and believes that to work in a brand new school is an exceptionally exciting experience and she has loved being part of the journey so far, she cannot wait to welcome more and more children each year.
Lottie works under the guidance of Miss Prodrick to provide further support, instruction and attention for our children and believes it is important to form strong relationships with them and their families. She believes all children are unique and that they learn in different ways, as such she is passionate about the inclusion of all children.
