Year 1 started the New Year and the new term with an EGGCELLENT adventure today, as a dinosaur broke into the classroom. The children loved exploring the classroom and watching the 'cctv' of the Dinosaur as it and its baby wondered through the rooms.
When we were looking for clues, the children used some amazing vocabulary and phrases to describe the devastation such as 'oh no there are muddy footprints.' 'Oh but I thought dinosaurs were extinct.'
It really was a roarsome day and we cant wait to tell our adults all about it.
