Kingfisher class went on a trip to Flag Fen for part of our local history case study. The children made clay pots in the style of those found during the Bronze Age and were able to handle real and replica artefacts from pre-historical and Roman times. The children then explored the area of Flag Fen and were able to sit in an Iron Age roundhouse whilst listening to a historical story told from one of our amazing guides. We hope the children enjoyed themselves.
