Year one have had a fantastic immersive day learning all about Mary Anning and dinosaur fossils. They started the day by having a close look at some different types of fossils and doing some close observational drawing and then made some delicious dinosaur fossil cookies. Finally, we were lucky enough to have a special visit from Mary Anning where she answered some of our questions and the children played some dinosaur games.
