Year 1 have had a wonderful time learning about the ocean, its importance and how to protect it. In order to demonstrate some of our learning we have been creating these stunning diorama boxes to finish our unit. The children have used paint, sand, string and a variety of different materials to replicate the textures under the sea, and as part of our environmental promises everything we have used has been up-cycled into a memory we can keep forever.
