As part of Year One’s ‘To the Rescue’ Topic, we were extremely lucky to have a visit from Stanground Fire Service. We learned all about the equipment the Firefighter’s use, what they wear and the types of incidents they visit. It was wonderful and extremely informative.
They did have to leave a little sooner than expected to go and help someone in need but nevertheless the children were amazed by the whole experience!
